We are seeking a Sign Variance for the Crawford Mechanical Services building owned by S&B Development for the following reasons. Sign will consists of 3 letters individual mounted to the. wall in the spacial area of about 180. square feet. 8 foot high by 22.5 feet wide
The small scale of the “allowed signage” does not match the building size and we feel the proposed sign would be more appropriate.
The scale of the proposed sign will allow passing motorists to actually see the sign and therefore have a benefit to the owner.
